“Absolutely incredible experience with Lindsay for IV Therapy. I was in a real bad way, and they got me in on zero notice and got me hooked up and back on track. Spa like quality, parking right outside, super quick to respond to emails, wish there was more than 5 stars to give. I’ll definitely be back. “I am writing this review with a heavy heart because I truly believe in supporting local businesses, but I also value a professional and empathetic environment especially in an industry focused on helping people feel better in their own skin. I arrived for a hand rejuvenation appointment to address some personal insecurities regarding skin discoloration. Showing up and being vulnerable about a physical concern is already difficult, and you expect a certain level of sensitivity from professionals. The Positive: I want to highlight Carlin, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She offered helpful information and tried to facilitate a specialist consultation. She is the reason this is a one star review. The Negative Unfortunately, my experience was marred by another staff member in the room. While I was describing my symptoms to Carlin, this individual was visibly shaking her head "no," making disparaging facial expressions, and making dismissive comments. Her non-verbal cues were so hostile and judgmental that I felt compelled to call her out in the moment. I didn't get this woman's name because, frankly, her behavior made me feel that she doesn't deserve acknowledgment as someone who builds up or enhances the needs of diverse individuals. The loud, dismissive “bye” I received as I left only confirmed that I made the right choice to take my business elsewhere. Please book at (DERMAPURE or any other place to be treated with dignity) A service like this is about more than just the technical application it is about the atmosphere and the way you make a client feel. I left feeling unwelcome and judged rather than supported. I hope the clinic takes this as a serious reminder that basic courtesy and empathy are just as important as the services provided.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been to this clinic quite a few times now for my regular Botox injections, and Roxy has been my clinician every time. I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything so you feel completely comfortable. She’s so precise and gentle, and my results are always natural! “I wish I had gone to Shan Esthetics sooner. I cannot say enough good things about Shan Esthetics. From the moment you walk in, the environment is welcoming, professional, and incredibly comfortable. Shandalin is truly one of the most gentle, kind, and patient practitioners I have ever met. She takes the time to listen carefully and really understand what you want, which is something that can be hard to find in this industry. I have never once felt pressured into treatments, and she always makes sure you feel informed and comfortable before moving forward. I’ve had Botox, filler, and microneedling done at the clinic, and the results have been fantastic. Shandalin has even helped correct a few issues I had from a previous injector from another clinic and I’m so grateful for her expertise and honest approach. Her work is thoughtful, natural-looking, and done with a lot of care. Most recently, I also saw Lindsey and was extremely impressed. Her demeanor, professionalism, and approach immediately made me feel at ease. You can clearly see the high standard of training and care that comes from Shandalin's leadership. It’s rare to find a clinic where every practitioner makes you feel respected, listened to, and genuinely cared for. “I had a great experience at Shan Esthetics getting the Max Immunity IV with Carlin Robinson. Carlin was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and relaxing. “I had a great experience at Shan Aesthetic and I’m a very satisfied customer. I availed their microneedling service, and from start to finish, the staff were very accommodating and professional. They took the time to clearly explain the procedure, as well as the dos and don’ts and proper aftercare, which really made me feel at ease. Their client handling is excellent, and you can really tell they’re knowledgeable and confident about their procedures. That level of care and transparency made me trust them even more.
