“I booked The Shaivona facial expecting the usual facial experience and I was BLOWN AWAY. From the moment I walked through the door Shaivona was professional and courteous, offering refreshment and getting me comfortable. I get anxiety about not knowing what is happening and often have to ask people to make sure to tell me what’s going on, with Shaivona I didn’t even have to ask right away she was detailed and professional, explaining to me each step and asking for consent and checking if I was comfortable before proceeding. The value of this facial is unreal. The massage alone is worth the price, but then all the products - wow. My skin is very dry and I have some acne and Shaivona was extremely sensitive and gentle. The hydrojelly mask, as well as the foaming mask and massage were highlights for me, my skin feels so smooth, soft and hydrated!! Also I normally hold so much tension in my neck and shoulders, and I felt it all melt away under the massage and almost fell asleep on the table!! This service is a MUST.
