“I don't know what all of these are talking about. Frist of all the receptionist are absolutely 💯 awesome .Loretta is the most phenomenal lady & Alicia is so sweet & the 3rd lady i dont know her name but all are super wonderful. & the new doctor there Dr Ayoub is caring compassionate and he listens instead of just giving you a prescription . “I am submitting this concern regarding the conduct of a doctor Olatubosun Fagbemi during my appointment on January 16 2016 ]. The doctor’s attitude was disrespectful and lacked empathy. I felt ignored when explaining my symptoms, and my concerns were not taken seriously. I was not treated with courtesy or dignity matter be reviewed to ensure better patient care in the future. “I was a new patient at this clinic. My doctor herself was great -- I really liked her -- but the clinic procedures and communication were clunky. As of this writing, the clinic SEEMS to be under new ownership, so hopefully this will improve. My complaints are with how the Medical Centre is run, not my Doctor. I wish I could overlook the issues with Crescent Heights Medical Center. I can't. The challenges started with basic communication. It usually took several calls to reach someone at the front desk. That is NOT normal, and it made even simple follow-ups difficult. Another issue was around prescription renewals. The clinic policy is "no faxed prescription renewals." I hope the new ownership addresses these (and other) issues, because the doctor herself was excellent. (Final note to the clinic: Get a call-back system (or more staff) and prescription faxing).”Read moreShow less

“I’m not sure how the clinic is overall, but the female receptionist was honestly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. I called today to find a family doctor, and she answered the phone in such a rushed way like she didn’t want to talk at all. When I asked for the doctor's name, which is a bit tricky to pronounce, she cut me off before I could even spell it out and said, "our clinic doesn't have that doctor." I had checked, and that doctor was actually looking for new patients. It felt like she was just being dismissive because of my English accent or something. “I called the clinic today to make an appointment and I was told to come right away... the doctor had openings. That was 12:00 pm I quickly drove there and found no one in the waiting area. I thought, great! I will get in quickly. 1:15 pm and I was still waiting, but in a room 🙃 Sadly, I had to leave because I had another engagement to get to at 2:00pm.... I explained that I had to go, and I was given some lame excuse that there were appointments ahead of me.... I wish the front staff would understand, respect, and appreciate other people's time!! “Took my son to see the doctor here and was told we'd receive a call back with recommendations. It's now been over three weeks, and we haven't heard anything. We've left multiple voicemail messages and still no response. Extremely frustrated with the lack of follow-through and communication.
