All clients are required to have a credit card on file to book online. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided the full fee / cost of the session will be charged to the card on file. “I had an paid appointment for a 90min massaging today. From 2pm to 3:30pm. I had a car trouble and got late. I reached there around 2:38pm. The front door was closed, along with the side doors. Then i called store and talked with one of there staff and i was told there is no on the buidling and it is closed. Well the store hours shows its open till 6pm. And there was still around 1 hour left for my time slot. And i noticed they even charge me 157$ on my card. This kind of fraud and stealing.”Read moreShow less

“I don't think it's appropriate to schedule a patient in for a visit when I brought up a potential conflict of interest before booking, only to be told after my visit that the conflict of interest might/and has prevented future visits. It's unfortunate this wasn't communicated to me when we discussed the conflict before coming in, wasting my time and money.
