“Booked a RMT massage with Annie, but when I showed up the receptionist said she had left early for the day! I didn't receive any emails or calls that she was not going to be there. In fact, my phone showed me a reminder of the appointment. Incredibly unprofessional; I had blocked off my Saturday and prioritized this massage for recovery and when I explained this to the receptionist, her reply was "it's okay you can book again next time". “Annie is a life saver!! Called in a few hours before close and she was able to get me a spot an hour away. Procedure was excellent, trigger points technique showed me places of soreness that I didn't even know I had.
