“Management may have changed over the years, but I can finally leave a review for this place that haunts me to this day (reviews weren't much of a thing several years ago). I was literally burned during my laser hair removal treatments and still have scars from it (face, legs). “I’ve been so happy coming to Serene Beauty. The location is great, the spa itself is stunning and clean, especially the washroom. Martha has been amazing, she knows exactly what my skin needs. She is so helpful and caring, I truly love working with her. I’ve been getting laser hair removal here and I’m loving the results. The laser hair removal machine is the best, it cools down the skin so it’s almost painless and very quick too.
