“I've been seeing Melissa, an RMT at Sereia Spa in Comox, for a while now, and she's helped me a lot with back issues I've had. She always checks in during the appointment to make sure the pressure is right and asks what areas need the most focus. She's knowledgeable, attentive, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. “I booked one of their feature facials as a treat for my birthday, and it was a really great experience! As soon as I entered the spa, the staff were so friendly and wished me a happy birthday. The esthetician, Kat, was so warm and made me feel so comfortable. She walked me through the whole thing and what to expect, keeping me informed with products she was using throughout. At the end, she took the time to talk to me about my skin and what products she felt I would best benefit from to reach my skincare goals.
