“First of all, Christine is an excellent physio therapist! She helped me with my sciatica and didn’t overload me with exercises. She decided on the most effective ones and that way I wasn’t overwhelmed by the daily exercises, which made a difference almost immediately. Secondly, I had such a good time laughing and chatting with her during the appointment. She has a wonderful, upbeat personality, and I’d love to have her as a good friend, even though I am sure that I am 40 or 50 years older than she is! “I have nothing but great things to say about Christine. She’s a fantastic physiotherapist — patient, thorough, and incredibly effective. The exercises and treatment plans she’s given me have always hit the mark for a speedy recovery. I do pole and aerial, and first started seeing her for a shoulder issue that was getting progressively worse and really impacting my movement. I had already seen other specialists without relief. Christine quickly identified the problem, released the area, and gave me stretches and exercises that corrected it surprisingly fast. She has never blinked when I describe physio goals that involve hanging from one arm or putting all my weight on an extended wrist :) She genuinely works with your goals instead of trying to fit you into a generic rehab plan. On top of being an amazing physiotherapist, she’s also just a lovely person — personable, easy to talk to, and incredibly patient. I had to bring my toddler to a few appointments when childcare fell through, and Christine somehow managed a full treatment while chatting with my busy kiddo and calmly handling the toddler-induced chaos in her beautiful office. I’ve gone back to her a few times for different issues, and I would not hesitate to see Christine again for any pain, sprain, or strain in the future. “Christine is the absolute best physiotherapist i have ever seen! I have done physio off and on for the last 13 years, with a number of different therapists, including Christine (2019-2020). Now (2026) that I need it again, I discovered she had left the clinic where I last saw her, so I tracked her down at her own practice. Christine knows her stuff! She is very thorough on the intake, and her treatments are always spot-on. She has a gentle touch in her manipulations, but can be firm where needed. The exercises she has me do address the problem perfectly. Christine's bedside manner is also wonderful. She asks questions to understand the problem fully before doing anything physical. She explains what she is doing, and always answers my questions in a way that I understand. She has a genuinely warm, bubbly personality, and a great sense of humour, which makes each session so much more pleasant than with any other physiotherapist I've ever seen. If you're looking for a great physiotherapist who is an expert in her field, professional, and welcoming, you will find all that with Christine. “Fantastic Clinic! Location is great. Lots of parking. Dr. Michaela is intuitive, thorough, magical... Dr. Katie is incredibly bright and also witty!
