“Wasn’t a fan of how a situation was handled and how staff speaks to a customer after a scheduling error on their end. After an appointment was somewhat urgent and confirmed the day before.”

“I am flying out of Castlegar today and both lenses of my glasses fell out!!! I went to Selkirk Eyecare and they took care of me without hesitation and such a warm environment, if I lived here thats the service I would be looking forward, thanks a million!!”

“I have been going here for a few years and have always had a great experience. The reception team is so genuine and helpful. They direct bill, which is handy. “Dr Butler and the ladies at the front desk are amazing. They helped me with a sudden vision issue that I suffered with for weeks that led into the holidays and were with me every step of the way and continue to do so. “Just went for my annual check up. Nice to find such positive employees greeting you when you walk in! Still a great selection of frames.....I have my eyes on a few! Very professional team at Selkirk EyeCare. Dr. Proctor and staff make sure you are well looked after. I was very pleased with the help of finding new frames that look good on me! “I have always been dealt with in a very caring and professional manner at Selkirk Eyecare. Examinations are thorough and any questions are answered in detail. If there are options for treatments, each is explained with consideration given to the benefits and drawbacks along with the costs involved. The reception staff are cheerful, friendly, and very accommodating. I recently took a young friend who is an International Student to Selkirk Eyecare for an examination. He also was treated with much courtesy and consideration. I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Selkirk Eyecare to anyone. PS: We did have one disappointment during this recent visit though. Although the cheerful staff in the reception area were willing to face the music, they could not be encouraged to dance. “The staff at Selkirk Eyecare are so helpful and kind. I get yearly exams because of my type two diabetes and I really appreciate the knowledge and time they put into my eye health. I took my daughter to a routine eye check up when she was five. We found out she had a lazy eye that would have gone undetected had we not gone to Dr. Proctor and Dr. Hall. They helped us get her eye stronger and we are so grateful. I would recommend Selkirk Eyecare to anyone without hesitation.
