“Donia at Sekhmet is fantastic. She's professional, caring, and passionate about her practice. I've come to her with a number of work injuries, sciatic pain, anxiety-related jaw tension, and saw her throughout my pregnancy for prenatal massage. Donia is attentive and listens carefully to my concerns, going above and beyond to create a detailed game plan on how to relieve my symptoms long term, rather than providing a temporary band-aid. “So incredibly grateful for Sekhmet Wellness! Donia is the best RMT! She pinpoints the exact treatment that you/your body needs. She's also responsive to creating a treatment plan based on your stress level etc. She provides deep pressure and provides great relief to tight muscles/knots. Donia also does facials which is complete relaxation and leaves my skin glowing. Donia doesn't just restore your body, but also your mind and soul. Her treatment room is a cozy oasis. “I've been to Sekhmet twice - both times I was in a lot of lower back pain. I saw Daniel for both my two appts. The most recent time I was having extreme/intense sciatica pain. 10/10 on the pain scale. Daniel knew exactly what to do to bring my pain down to a 2 or 3. Complete turn around from when I went in. He's super knowledgeable, skillful and just a really kind and lovely human. I can't say enough good things about Sekhmet. “This was my first visit to an RMT for treatment so I wasn't sure what to expect. I couldn't be more pleased. Donia is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. We went in detail over my history and present concerns and she developed a targetted plan. She explained what she hoped to accomplish in our session and made sure I was comfortable throughout. “I worked in the athletic therapy and fitness fields for 20 years. During that time, I worked with many RMTs and sought out their services for myself. Donia is, without a doubt, the most knowledgable, attentive, and effective RMT I have met. She spends time finding out what your body and mind needs, and adjusts her treatment each visit. Donia has never done the usual "one treatment fits all" version.
