“As much as I appreciate this facility, I was not fully satisfied with how today’s consultation was handled. I had a 30-minute consultation scheduled on a Sunday and intentionally blocked off my schedule to be available during that time. However, after waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I was not seen or consulted by the doctor as expected. Instead, another staff member spoke with me and tried to address my concerns to the best of his ability. While I appreciate his effort and professionalism, the purpose of booking the consultation was to receive guidance directly from the doctor. I understand that delays and unforeseen circumstances can happen, but clearer communication regarding wait times or schedule changes would have helped manage expectations. “This clinic is unbelievably incompetent. I’ve never had such a massive headache over something as simple as dental paperwork and signatures. They clearly have zero respect for anyone’s time, and the front desk staff and staff in the back seem completely useless when it comes to getting anything done. I had a form that needed to be signed in December, and these people somehow dragged it out until mid-January because nobody knew how to properly send paperwork back or communicate. The only time they seem responsive is when they want your money. Once you actually need help or need forms signed, suddenly nobody answers, nobody follows up, and getting updates becomes impossible. The entire place feels disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Dealing with this clinic was exhausting and unnecessarily stressful from start to finish.”Read moreShow less

“The two dentists I see are absolutely lovely. Very gentle and efficient. The office staff and how everything is run is a disaster. Poor communication, they over book so you will be waiting long after your appointment time and don't have patient care in mind.”

“Our experience at Sedona Dental was nothing short of amazing. We visited with our children, and Dr. Seama was absolutely fantastic. She is highly skilled, patient, and has a wonderful way with kids, making them feel completely at ease. The clinic environment is very clean, modern, and welcoming. What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and professional staff. A special thank you to Mr. Milad, who was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home by speaking Farsi with us.
