“It started over a year ago. This pain in my shoulder had been getting worse and was now at the point that I could not lift my arm over my head without it causing me significant pain. I could not do simple every-day tasks like getting dressed, curling my hair, or putting on a coat. My doctor had scheduled the MRI to see what the issue might be but, in the meantime, I must live with the pain and the possibility that I might need, dare I say it, surgery. Kaitlin was in town visiting her father and was kind enough to have a look at my shoulder to see if there was something she could do. She did her assessment and then proceeded to apply massage and pressure to the various muscle groups around my shoulder and neck area. After a relatively short period of time the pain eased, and my range of motion improved. She worked her skilled hands on my shoulder area for about an hour a day for the 3 days she was visiting. After only 3 sessions with Kaitlin, for the first time in over a year, I was able to raise my arm above my head. I can get dressed and do daily chores again without causing myself significant pain. Kaitlin has a very kind, caring and gentle approach and is very knowledgeable, skilled, and gentle in her application of her treatment methods. Before she returned home, she gave me a series of exercises to do on my own and I must say my shoulder has never felt better. I am on the road to recovery, and I can thank Kaitlin for that.
