“I was recommended by a friend and i’m so glad that i found them. Everyone in the clinic is very helpful and kind. No rush rush or condescending tones at all. My dad loved the place so much. We had trouble understanding and Jasdeep calmly explained everything almost thrice. She has been very helpful everytime, excellent customer service.”

“Went there to get new prescription and glasses made and they weren’t made proper. When asked to get them fixed to the proper lens, they charged me an extra $100 even though they made the error and I should not have been made to pay. The doctor on site was extremely rude and said it’s my fault that I took them home and then brought the glasses back even though they told me to take them home and try it out for a few days to allow them to adjust but I was not happy with their service. Even the lens they used are of very poor quality. I would not recommend this place at all. You are better off to go anywhere else with proper customer service and good staff and a respectable optometrist. You don’t want one that laughs at you and blames you for the error they made.”

“My daughter was experiencing some worrisome visual symptoms. I called the clinic and because the optometrist was so concerned, she was seen on the same day! She also required glasses and was assisted in selecting a trendy pair of Hugo Boss glasses that she loves to wear. Thank you for the great service!”

“Welcoming staff, friendly service and no pressure sales tactics describes my experience at Scott Road Eye Clinic. I went in to have my eyes tested and thought the process was efficient and thorough. Dr. Purewal is the best! After the test, I asked about frames and had several staff provide their opinion on what looked good on me. I was use to my old pair of glasses that I had for a while and they suggested a frame that was more modern and stylish. Glad I agreed, I think I look more hip. :)”

“Such amazing people, so honest and genuine. Dr. Johal took the time to look after the concerns for my mom, she was a special case he called the specialist and spoke to them directly regarding her condition and had her seen ASAP. I have been in several times after that for myself and family. The ladies were very helpful and understanding for my son has special needs. They have a great selection and they delivered at a very timely manner.”
