“From the bottom of my heart ❤️ Thank you very much Mrs. Andrea Navarro for all your help, support, patience, understanding and compassion! After my surgery to repair my injured shoulders caused by Motor Vehicular Accidents brought about by distracted drivers on the road, I transitioned from being unable and disabled to being ABLE to go back to work full-time and full duties. Thanks so much for your guidance and for teaching me how to get better and regain strength of both my shoulders and arms. The exercises that you taught me which I also did at home helped me regain my strength and confidence back! You even loaned me materials I need to do the exercises at home. Thanks for accommodating me even on short notice. Your hand massages and reflexology on my neck and shoulders really helped to reduce pain and stress. “I definitely did not have a good experience here, and neither did my partner. All of my sessions were more or less the same thing - heat applied, ultrasound, and then sometimes suction or a inferential unit (I think that is what it was called). They simply applied the treatment to where I had pain instead of looking for the causes of the pain and addressing that. No proper assessment was completed at the beginning (not even a basic reflex check!). The physiotherapist gave me about 8 exercises my first time in, and didn't write any of them down, so I was scrambling to put them in my phone. Every appointment after that was about the same. When I found a different physiotherapist and didn't rebook with this clinic, they called me 3 times and left me messages to see if I wanted to book again, which was just plain annoying and seemed to really reinforce my thoughts that it was a money grabbing business. If I were you, I would go to Legacies clinic, where I transferred to. They are just plain awesome, although more expensive by about $15 per session. Hope this is helpful!”
