“I have had nothing but good experiences here. I’ve been coming in for injury recovery for about a month now and I adore all the staff. Both the main physical therapists (Mary and Waseem) are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. My chiropractor Mohammad is great too! Felt so comfortable it was like we were already friends. “Based on my first experience with Scona Sports Physiotherapy Edmonton, I was very impressed by the level of care provided by Waseem Mohmed and the supporting staff members. I was seen by Waseem at the appointed time, and he skillfully and thoroughly diagnosed the sources of my knee pain. His techniques helped reduce the pain and inflammation onsite, and he proscribed specific exercises designed to restore the joints and muscles. As a senior citizen, I was also pleased that I qualified for a senior's discount, which was very much appreciated. “All the staff here are incredible. Waseem was so kind helping me with a knee injury and vertigo treatments, I was honestly overwhelmed by the vertigo and he was very gentle, reassuring, patient and kind which meant a lot. “Let’s face it. If you are broken down and sore, you need a team behind you to treat your body. When I was 17 I had the misfortunes of putting myself in a back brace for over 3 months after a terrible football accident. Fast forward to the present, 21 years later, the not so spring chicken self needs work. I am very grateful I walked, ok limped my way to the front reception to “fix” me. The staff are incredibly friendly, supportive and all round great humans. Paige is always on her game and greats me by my first name every time I enter the building and has an infectious smile on her without fail as a added bonus. Let’s be honest here, the reason we go to these places, and keep going back is the practitioner. Waseem always has a treatment plan that hits the spot every time to address my issues. I had gone through countless physio clinics in Edmonton prior and nothing seemed to work for me. With Waseem I come in broken, and leave with my mobility back. He will take a moment to explain his treatment plan for that session, answer any questions you have, then start his magic.
