“Ramona worked with me for several years when I was in elementary and middle school. She helped me a lot with my ADHD and autism and was always patient, understanding, and someone I trusted and felt comfortable talking to about anything, whether I was struggling with reading, spelling, and learning, or more personal things like friendships, relationships, and figuring out my identity. She really took the time to understand me and what worked for me. I would highly recommend her as a counsellor or ADHD coach, especially for kids and teens with ADHD.”

“Ramona was a fun and incredibly helpful support for me in grade ten. I had sessions with her weekly, and learned so much about how to work with my ADD. Executive functioning skills were my greatest challenge, and she was able to help me incorporate strategies that I still use to this day, (in fourth year university). Before our sessions together I felt frustrated and overwhelmed by my struggles with managing my ADD. Ramona was able to bring an empathetic perspective on living with ADD to our sessions that was very pivotal to my development and perception of myself and what I am capable of, both as a learner and in my day-to-day life.”
