“The manager/owner has the worst business behaviour. He yaps too much! Not a gentleman at all!! He is so unprofessional in tackling an issue on submission of claims! I had to question why a second claim was made by them despite the service was paid by me right after the service was done and I already got reimbursement the next day from the claim submitted. It got declined abviously! I believe they were expecting to receive money from the insurance???? Unsure what the motive was! All his reasonings were unsatisfactory, instead of apologizing, he really argued and argued with me. Kept repeating I sue him I sue him! Told him his behaviour to me as a customer was handled soooo poorly and unprofessional! I left his place telling him, I do not need his business!! The way they handle their accounting is very poor too, very obvious! NOT recommending this place at all!! Giving them a ZERO star!! Instead of apologizing to their mistake, he had the guts to argue so much. Not wasting my time to such people like him. Way toooo talkative for a man!! Worst than a woman! Probably, the clerk behind the counter could have answered my question better than this irrational man! Conclusion to this scenario…..This man should have discuss it with the clerk or clerks in the front desk and asked the full reason or cause of why the second submission was sent, rather that saying it is a computer glitch, they are not fraudsters which I did not call them such. He had NO clue at all! Big lesson should be learned by this ignorant and supposed to be an educated man. Another conclusion…..I believe they were expecting a payment directly to them from my insurance and since none was received it was decided to resend. But, if they meticulously checked my chart, I paid visa on the service and a claim was sumitted and paid back to me the next day. Therefore, their accounting is considered very lousy. Then, this man had the audacity to behave that way?? He should be ashame of himself!! A simple apology would have solved it all rather than he kept on arguing. None of his reasons were not acceptable by me. It is MY insurance, after all, I have all the rights to question! ZERO STAR review!!”
