I am extremely disappointed with my recent pregnancy massage experience at Savannah Massage & Wellness Clinic. I had booked and paid for a 60-minute pregnancy massage, but the actual hands-on massage lasted only about 45 minutes. As an expectant mother dealing with pregnancy-related stiffness, sore muscles, and joint discomfort, I specifically explained my concerns and clearly communicated the areas that needed attention before the session began. Unfortunately, my instructions were largely ignored. The therapist spent an excessive amount of time on my neck while barely addressing the rest of my body. I requested twice that extra attention be given to my feet, as they have been extremely sore during pregnancy, but my request was not followed. My hands, joints, legs, and other problem areas were either rushed through or hardly worked on at all. The pressure was so light that it felt ineffective, and I left feeling exactly the same as when I arrived—stiff, sore, and completely unsatisfied. A pregnancy massage should provide comfort, relief, and relaxation. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, with no noticeable improvement whatsoever. It genuinely felt like a waste of both my time and my money. Because of this experience, I have had to cancel all three of my remaining appointments, as I have completely lost confidence in the quality of care being provided. I expected trained professionals who would listen to their clients’ concerns and tailor the treatment accordingly, especially for pregnancy massage, where individual needs are so important. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing massage experiences I have ever had. I sincerely hope the clinic takes client feedback seriously and ensures therapists listen to their clients and provide the full treatment time that has been booked and paid for. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I’ve been going to Crystal for massages for over a year now, and I can honestly say she’s exceptional at what she does. She has an amazing ability to find and relieve tension while making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Crystal is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Her technique is outstanding, and I always leave feeling refreshed, pain-free, and completely relaxed. She’s also warm, friendly, and creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Very disappointing experience. I had to reschedule because I had my wisdom teeth removed and was only on my second day of recovery. I wasn’t cancelling for convenience I simply requested to move my appointment to another day that same week. Despite it being a genuine medical situation, I was still charged the full amount with no flexibility. I understand having policies, but good customer service also means showing reasonable compassion. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Money grabbing Clinic! Don’t get trapped and sign the contract by giving them the authorization on your card. They don’t give a damn about the loyalty of their customers or genuine reasons for cancellations. I have been to other clinics before but never got this type of treatment. Their message reminders seem spam as it neither state their clinic name nor tells you what type of appointment is this for but the owner wants you to pay if you couldn’t figure out about your appointment. They booked me for an appointment which i didn’t book and then they charged me $122 on my credit card for no show without any clarifications. I tried to resolve it and but never got a call back from the owner despite of a few tries. I was their regular customer and this was the first time no show has happened over a misunderstanding of an appointment but they don’t care. It’s true that the owner hides somewhere when there is a need to talk. They show no empathy. Did you guys pay the cancellation charges to the other customer whose appointment was cancelled by your therapist on their special occasion? If you are so strict about this why don’t you send a message to customers to confirm their appointment prior to 72 hours? If they don’t confirm then cancel it instead of having them paid for no show which they didn’t book.

Travis takes his time to understand what your concerns are and ensures you're comfortable. Great massages - highly recommend!!

Cancels my appointment due to weather within the “24 hour notice” they make clients follow when it is just wet on the roads not bad at all….waited a long time for this appointment just for it to be cancelled on the day of less then a few hours before. If I cancel within the 24 hours I am immediately charged but they can do it all they want, I see this is a common experience amongst the reviews I’ve read here. Would not recommend unless you like a thrown together clinic and a possibility of actually attending your appointment. Will not be returning, did not even apologize nor offer to make the situation better. DO BETTER, THIS IS CARE POEPLE NEED.

This place is a money grabbing place. They let you book appointments within 24 hours online and if we ve to cancel they ll charge you! The owner hides somewhere when we need the problem to be resolved! They take payment without authorization!

This clinic is extremely predatory and shows no accountability for their own mistakes. While the massage therapist themselves was skilled and helpful, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. I was fully charged for an appointment I did not book, and when I reminded the clinic that the booking was meant for the following week, they had nothing to say—no apology, no acknowledgment, no effort to correct their error. It’s clear that if they make a mistake, the client is the one who pays for it—literally. There was zero consideration or care for my time or concern. I left feeling incredibly unheard and disrespected. I will never be returning to this clinic, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before trusting them with your time or money.

I have been seeing Lisa at Savannah for over 5 years now. It's amazing what you can feel like when you let her and any of her staff massage aching muscles and joints. I always feel like a new woman when I leave there. The receptionists at the front are very welcoming and friendly, and the aesthetic of the front area is beautiful. I love how Lisa has decorated the place, each room is so calming and peaceful. If you need a massage therapist that will take care of all of your needs, plus offer additional services, this is the place to go! I highly recommend Savannah Massage Therapy and Wellness!!

I needed a massage since I have a desk type of job. My neck, shoulders and back is in need of massage. It was a last minute thing for me and I was able to book an appointment. There were plenty of parking spots in the location and it's a quaint office. The place is clean and I was greeted with a friendly host. Don't forget to change your footwear with the slippers available by the entrance☺️. I didn't wait long and was greeted by Travis. He was super friendly and professional and asked questions about what I needed worked on. I mentioned what I do and where my pains are. During my massage he has found all the tight muscles and applied the right amount of pressure that is needed for my muscles. I went for the 45 minute session and received the intended service I needed. After my service, Travis checked in to see how I was feeling and told him all is amazing, I can move again ☺️. I felt relaxed and recharged. The receptionist confirmed my coverage and asked if there's any other services I needed. I mentioned I'm okay for now and will recommend them to my husband. She wasn't pushy which I appreciate because my last experience with a certain massage therapy was pushy. Great experience and thank you. Will most likely come back again.
