Jonathan Lam is a saint. With my previous GP, I felt like I had to fight tooth and nail to be taken seriously about anything, and I'd often end up giving up and just learning to suffer with my health issues. With Jonathan, it's the opposite; he listens to me, asks relevant questions, remembers everything from our previous appointments, and follows up on things. He genuinely cares and wants to help. I always end our appointments feeling like "What the heck? That conversation was so easy and productive." I can't even begin to describe how life changing and affirming it's been having him as a NP, and how incredibly thankful I am to be a patient of this clinic.

I've known Dr. Lieon Kit for over a couple decades. He's a great physiotherapist and brings a lot of energy! His active lifestyle and coaching outside the clinic brings a lot of valued experiences of injury prevention and management. I highly recommend Lieon!

Last March, an MRI revealed hip dysplasia and a torn labrum. My family doctor recommended conservative treatment, which involved PRP injections and physical therapy to strengthen my muscles. Since meeting Lieon, he has patiently helped me with resistance exercises, and gradually my hip muscles have become stronger. I am very grateful for Leon's care, and I will tell my friends that Lieon is the best!

I've been going through Lieon for my recovery after my collision. Lieon is knowledgeable about his practice and has definitely helped me with my recovery over the past few months. I was looking for a nurse practitioner, and it just happened that they also accept new patients. John was superb at listening to my health and wellness and took his time to explain. Their front office staff member, Miyu and Karen are both courteous and calls back immediately when leaving a voicemail to change or book an appointment. Kudos to Lieon and his team.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jonathan Lam since August last year, and we are very grateful to have found him. My previous experience with a family doctor was not very positive, so meeting Dr. Lam has been completely different. He is very kind, patient, and truly listens to our concerns. He always takes the time to answer all our questions and explains everything clearly. Dr. Lam is extremely competent, professional, and compassionate. We really appreciate the care that Satsuma Health Collective has provided and highly recommend Dr. Lam and the clinic.

Dr. Kit was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked how he did "before" and "after" tests to show the tangible progress made at the session to improve my range and flexibility. I have had two herniated discs in my back and needling or IMS - intramuscular stimulation is the only thing that worked for me and that is something that Dr. Kit offers. I haven't used any of the nurse practitioners yet, but it's a great idea, especially for those without a family doctor, and who need immediate help with colds, flus, shots, etc. I know that some of the nurse practitioners are fluent in Cantonese, useful to know for Chinese families like myself.
