“An unexpected treat tucked away off Ontario Street. Open space with room for many activities. Went for an Indian Head massage and found it very relaxing and the scents were delicious! Only suggestion is to take something to cover your head afterwards.”

“I found Sarah first for a most incredible reflexology and scalp massage treatment. Following my first visit I have quickly become a regular. The treatments were so calming and nourishing and everything I didn't know I needed. Sarah as a practitioner is knowledgeable, skilled and more than going through steps of a treatment process, I felt cared for by healing hands and energy. I was able to completely sink into the moment and be taken care of. Yesterday I had the most incredible facial treatment...it was more that I expected! “I recently had an Ayurvedic Facial by Sarah and it was absolutely incredible! It is a complete upper body treatment that incorporated work on my face, arms, hands, back, head and stomach. My stress literally melted away within minutes and I felt incredibly relaxed both during and after the treatment. My face was literally glowing and it felt so smooth too! I have been seeing Sarah for a number of years now. I initially started seeing her for reflexology but I have since tried Reiki, Indian Head massage and now this amazing Ayurvedic facial. I always feel calm, relaxed and rejuvenated after receiving one of Sarah’s treatments which is exactly what I need with my busy schedule. “Sarah is such a sweet soul! Every treatment I’ve gotten from her has left me feeling calm and blissful. The traditional Indian head massage was no different; I was pampered and massaged and invigorated and calmed all at the same time. Sarah took the time before to walk me through what to expect during the treatment, and then checked in after with how I would likely feel when I got home and as the evening wore on.
