As a self-employed RMT, missed appointments and late cancellations have a direct impact on my business and my ability to earn an income. For this reason, appointments that are cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment when booking online. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation made with less than 48 hours' notice.
