The clean hypoallergenic scent free linens and hand soaps are more than just a bonus for those of us sensitive to detergents. My masseuse tailored essential oils to aid both relaxation and healing with experienced massage treatments that have really made a difference in my mobility, pain reduction and overall quality of life. Did I say that they have red light therapy, cranial sacral and personal training too? Cause ya they do! The building is intimate and tucked in which adds to the overall experience. “Kelly is awesome! I have had deep tissue medical massage for over 20 years here in Sandpoint and have just found Kelly recently. Her treatments are spot on, and last a long time. She is a very caring person, so much knowledge and skill in medical massage, has great communication skills and really listens to what my body is telling her to work on. The environment is very safe and clean, could easily fall asleep during my treatment, but we have good conversations throughout my treatment.
