“Sami is a wonderful yoga teacher! I have been studying yoga for 30 years, and I loved her class! I was visiting Nelson from Canmore. Her space is small, but beautiful, warm and welcoming. “I was gifted a private session with Sami and it was an absolute treat. She teaches with pure intention and holds space with authenticity and grace. The pace of the class was slow and digestible with wonderfully crafted elements of chanting, mantra, sound bath, and tuning forks. I felt like a dreamy butterfly for the rest of the day! “I highly recommend Sami! Her extremely loving and intuitive bodywork and sound healing supports all of the much needed places my body is craving, not only in my body, but also my energetic field. I felt more in my body during and after the session, and she was able to intuitively open blocked channels and I could feel an instant flowing of these energies during our session within my body.
