“An amazing experience that is so hard to describe. It is a journey that changes every time you go, the lights and sounds take you to where you and your soul need to be at that time. It is a method of realignment, of focus, of clarity, of calm, of safety, of so much. Cindy helps you set your intention and what colours and music you need at that time then you get cozy inside the egg and have time to have your journey. After Cindy helps you settle into your experience, rehydrate, and decompress. I have been a number of times and it is always an amazing experience and a way to show up for yourself and an ultimate expression of self care.”
