“Looking for a new RMT? Look no further. Alexis has changed my life. Her treatments are effective, dynamic, and informative. She doesn’t just treat pain through massage therapy, but she cares enough to discuss the source of your pain and give suggestions on how to manage your treatment plan at home between sessions. “I’ve been seeing Stephanie for osteopathy and I feel so grateful that I started working with her. I feel significantly better and am seeing an improvement in the management of chronic symptoms. Plus, I leave every appointment feeling heard and supported, and it helps that I usually have fun while I’m there! On top of being a skilled practitioner, Stephanie is an amazing teacher; and for someone who loves to learn, every appointment is great opportunity. I began seeing Lia a few months into care with Stephanie to help support some of what we were working on. I’ve seen other practitioners for lymphatic drainage many times, but Lia is uniquely skilled. “Went to Lia with back pain following a hockey injury and high intensity work. She has made it so my back doesn’t seize up as often/bad.
