“I've been seeing Omid for the past 3 months as he helped prepare me for the NYC marathon and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All treatment is specific to the individual and he is great at communicating the issue and steps required for improvement. Aside from his knowledge, he is very personable and easy to get along with, making the entire experience enjoyable.”Read moreShow less

“I cannot recommend Omid highly enough. As both a physiotherapist and running coach, he’s provided me with top-tier care, helping me not only recover from injury but also improve my performance as a runner. From the moment I started working with Omid it was clear that I was in the hands of someone who is deeply knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals—both physically and mentally. What truly sets Omid apart is his holistic approach. He understands the importance of balancing injury prevention with performance and is always proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problems. Should an unexpected problem arise, Omid takes the time to fully assess the situation, listen to concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans that are both effective and manageable. He fully invests in his clients’ progress—not just as athletes, but as individuals. Omid was always available to answer questions and provide support, whether in person or remotely, and his encouragement has been invaluable during both challenging and successful moments in my training block. Omid’s knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics combined with a personalized approach to rehabilitation made all the difference in my recovery and I’m so grateful for his expertise and unwavering support.”Read moreShow less

While his focus is on running, his expertise and knowledge extend to all areas of fitness. Omid is incredibly attentive and takes the time to fully understand your concerns before providing a comprehensive assessment. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to complete my marathon training block injury-free.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Omid for the last 5 months and would recommend his services are amongst the best I have experienced over the course of my physiotherapy journey. With Omid, you get the sense that your success is his success and he is invested in your life’s health and wellness goals (This separates him from many in the industry). Among his best characteristics is his candor - he’ll tell you exactly what you need to know as it pertains to what you’re experiencing, his working diagnosis and go further in depth if you so desire. For context, I was recommended to Omid by a personal trainer who I held in high regard. As a result my expectations were very high. He has far surpassed those expectations in the time I’ve been under his care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OMID for your physiotherapy needs.”Read moreShow less

“Omid is a great physiotherapist. I’ve been seeing him for the better part of this year and he is really attentive, knowledgeable and overall, an expert in his field. On the plus side, he also offers run coaching which has helped me quite a bit. Being a runner myself, having a physio that supports me with strengthening routines during my marathon training blocks is a legitimate game changer. I’d really recommend Omid, whether you need a physio to help you with an injury or if you simply want to take your training to the next level!”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Omid since November for various running injuries and he is someone that you can trust on providing you with excellent treatment. His positive attitude and passion for fitness are what set him apart from other practitioners that I have seen in the past. Outside of patient care, he actively engages with the Queen Street West community by hosting sport specific workshops and drop in fitness classes.”Read moreShow less
