Every time I go to this office I see a friendly face at the reception and they work with my insurance so efficiently. Tru has been my massage therapist for about 7 years now and he always hits the spots, leaving me feeling lighter and rejuvenated after each appointment. His conversations always pleasant, yet I get in my peace and quiet when I want it. Never going to any other RMT!! Thanks Saanichton Physio 😁

Visited Saanich Physio today and saw Iris. I am immensely grateful that she suggested IMS (dry needling) for issues I have been experiencing with my back for decades. I had been going to deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic for years and nothing seemed to help. I have never felt this much relief in my shoulders and neck. Iris and IMS helped SO much. Looking forward to further treatments with this clinic.

James Ewert (RMT) is a magician! He is incredibly knowledgeable and targets the muscles causing the issue not just working on the sore spot(s). I am always amazed at how great I feel after my sessions with him. He is a lovely human who really listens to what your needs are and explains the course of action before starting. I refer everyone to him!

I needed to connect with a provider to collaborate on a file and was impressed with the calibre of the service, diligence, and professionalism (reception and therapist). Highly recommended. Keep up the good work, team. 🫶

Excellent team of healthcare professionals at Saanich Physio in Saanichton. I am a senior citizen who was involved in a motor vehicle accident in July 2024. I reached out to the nearby Saanichton clinic to help me with my recovery. Special thank-you to physiotherapist Kieran Baird, who through his extensive knowledge, keen observation & listening skills, gentle hands-on therapy and support, guided me through the recovery process. He’s an awesome physio, and I highly recommend him! Massage therapist Kirsten and Kinesiologist Lauren were both excellent as well! Kudos to the front office who were always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. You all made a difference in my recovery. Many thanks!

I booked a half hour assessment appointment with K. Scott Simpson based on his impressive bio. K. Scott Simpson barely gave me 10 minutes of his time before passing me on to a Human Kinetics student to do some exercises. The assessment itself amounted to the three of us standing awkwardly (I wasn’t offered a seat because there wasn’t one) in a narrow room and K. Scott Smith asking me a couple of questions. He wrote nothing down nor did he want to see my CT scan results. He then asked me to bend forward, backward and side to side and to tell him if each manoeuvre was painful. No one touched me during the entire time I was there. So muscle tension or range of motion was not assessed. After the few exercises with the HK student K. Scott Smith gave me an erasable questionaire afterwhich he gave me a score. None of the above seems caring or professional. I felt as if I was pigeon-holed as just someone with back pain and quickly disposed of.

Saanich Physio is an excellent place for moving better! Over the past several years, I've had physio with Scott and Massage Therarpy with Tru and Tanner and they are all extremely professional and have provided excellent service and care for my shoulder/rotator cuff issues that I've had.

I’ve see so many phyiso’s at different clinics over the years and Scott is 100% the best I’ve ever been to, he’s helped me with a few different things. He has the best staff to. My Therapy dog Misty has to agree she gives her four paws of approval.

After an ultra runner friend’s referral, I’ve been seeing physio Sandra Hardy for treatment after a bike and car accident, and she’s been outstanding with her intuitive knowledge of the human body and integration with the nervous system relating to biomechanics. I feel supported, safe, cared for and welcomed by the staff who always try to accommodate appointment requests. Highly recommend this clinic and Sandra if you’re looking for a phenomenal and gifted practitioner.

After a lower back injury, Kieran was able to teach me exercises that not only provided me immediate relief, but helped to strengthen my core to prevent something like this from happening again. As the routines allowed me to rebuild my strength, he adapted the exercises to keep me from stagnating. Kieran listens to your observations and needs as a patient and works from his expertise with you to find the best treatment for you, the individual. He is also very gentle when manual therapy is applied as well. Unlike other professionals who just hook you up to a machine and watch the clock go, Kieran puts in the time and effort to help you heal.
