“I am a mom of 3, daycare provider to 6 children, and a primary caregiver in my family. I had a soccer injury which left my knee locked and ligaments torn. After my injury I saw a sports specialist, and 3 different doctors whom couldn’t help me and figure out my diagnosis. One doctor left me with shooting pain and the other sent me home with no answers and no pain treatment. I was left to feel hopeless and the pain was excruciating. At the age of 35 I literally worried I would never walk the same ever again and suffer with knee pain for the rest of my life. All of this changed the minute I walked into the Russett Rehabilitation centre. The minute I walked into the Russet Rehabilitation & Wellness centre, I finally felt heard and seen for the first time and I was no longer a number waiting for answers. Todd met me and listened to my unfortunate journey and empathized with me. He made me feel at home instantly and was a wealth of knowledge. Todd was also professional, kind and showed he cared about my health and that he was determined to leave me in a better place. I soon learned that Russett Rehabilitation is 100 percent the place to go when you don’t have answers. Todd said it best, when he said to me “ We are a one stop shop”. You simply can’t put a price on being truly heard and seen and know you are going to exit that door feeling 10 times better, then when you came in. Thank you to the team at Russett Rehabilitation for giving me my spark back and leaving me in a better place, and making me feel know longer hopeless at the age of 35 years old. I have the greatest respect for you Todd and your team and I know through your physio therapy, acupuncture and chiropractor practices, that I will walk again soon, and be forever grateful I walked into your clinic. “My deepest gratitude to the entire staff at Russett Rehabilitation for helping me bounce back from a car accident in July 2024. When I arrived there, I could barely lift my left arm / shoulder or turn my head either way… 3 months later, 2 visits a week, and the strength, flexibility and pain reduction difference is unbelievable!!!! The staff are amazing, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional!! They took their time with me; taught me the proper exercises to continue at home and were always accommodating!! Thank you LeeAnne and all your staff!!!! I’m amazed at how much I improved and how quickly!
