“BEST PHYSIO IN TOWN! 💯🙌🏻 I woke up with a severely kinked neck that was about to derail my entire day and affect my training on the river. Garnett was able to get me in incredibly quickly and address the issue right away. I’m feeling a million times better today than I was yesterday. My neck is still a little tight, but it’s nowhere near as sore or restrictive as it was before my appointment. I can’t thank Garnett enough for fitting me in so promptly and helping me get back to feeling like myself again. His knowledge, professionalism, and hands-on treatment made a huge difference. “Garnett diagnosed my acute shoulder pain through a series of motion and strength tests, and set me up with a bunch of exercises to perform to put me on a path to recovery (rotator cuff issues) . I have done the exercises over the last 2 weeks and things are improving. He contacted me (without me requesting a followup) to give me a new set of exercises to build on my improvement.
