“After the way I was treated by Royal Treatments in Kingston, I must warn others so they don’t go through what I did. I first booked a massage on May 14 and left work early for it, only to receive a call 15 minutes before from the owner cancelling. . My therapist had an accident the night before, and the owner forgot to call me earlier. Of course, due to the situation, I understood and appreciated her offer of a free session and I rebooked for July 3. On July 3, the owner called me a couple hours before the appt cancelling because the clinic was too hot. I remained understanding and rebooked for July 29. On July 29, I took time off work in the morning for the appointment, but again the therapist texted me cancelling as she had a migraine. That made three cancellations in nearly three months. Despite this, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wanted to find a solution. I called the clinic multiple times, left messages, and texted the owner on July 29- ignored. The therapist had said I could text her directly to reschedule, which I did on July 30- ignored. I was calling and texting to see if they could work something out with me for this week as this was the third cancellation (I didn't want to wait another month!) Not a single response. And now I can't help but wonder if I’m being ghosted to avoid the free session. I don't care about that anyways, I just wanted a massage! The lack of accountability and way I was treated is appalling. A very unprofessional experience and a waste of my time.”

“Tiffany is an amazing massage therapist. The space is small and unfortunately not always peaceful with an adjacent salon next door, but it doesn't deter me because Tiffany is just that good. She's very accommodating, kind, sincere and very skilled as well as knowledgeable. I'm so grateful for all the ways she has helped me over the years with various injuries and issues. Her Gold Member Plan and Direct Billing are bonus incentives for me to choose Royal Treatments.”
