“Nara Rai is dangerous and I cannot stress enough that I am scared that I am disabled for life due to the pain and issues I'm experiencing from his treatments. It has been over a week and I cannot walk normally or move properly though I went for upper body relief. He has severely hurt me by doing osteopathic adjustments that I specifically said no to as I only wanted massage, and stretching past pain on my legs which I asked him not to but he would not relent. He also put undue pressure on the back of my knee, when he rested his hand on the back of one knee with great force while massaging the other leg, which is very dangerous and has caused severe joint issues. “i hurt my back when i had a fall at work. luckily i did not sustain serious or life threatening injuries. besides rest, limitation of activities, and medications, i was prescribed physiotherapy by the doctor. i was hesitant at first as i had reservations about doing movements so soon, but i am really glad i did contact royal oak physio. my therapist, meenanshi, is awesome. i am a licensed professional working in the healthcare field, and i am happy that she is very knowledgeable and was a great communicator so i was immediately at ease and the whole assessment and treatment went so well. she was very mindful and patient about my concerns and she proceeded with the treatment very gently, never rushing me, just allowing me to move according to my tolerance. i have had two sessions so far, but already very grateful because i have felt significant improvement. meenanshi is a gem. i would recomment royal oak physio to anyone who would need their service. plus their front desk staff was also wonderful.”Read moreShow less
