“I first met Mandeep Randhawa a couple of years ago when my doctor recommended physiotherapy for my neck pain. After a detailed assessment and discussion, he suggested dry needling treatment, which proved to be very effective. Since then, I have always remembered him as a knowledgeable and trustworthy physiotherapist. In November 2025, I unfortunately met with a cab accident in India and had to undergo surgery for a proximal humerus fracture. After returning to Canada, I needed to continue rehabilitation treatment for my recovery, and choosing Mandeep again felt like the obvious decision. I started my rehab sessions with him in April while dealing with severe stiffness, restricted right-hand movement, and significant pain during even simple activities. The initial rehab sessions were challenging because the stiffness had developed considerably after surgery, but Mandeep patiently guided me through all the necessary shoulder movements and exercises. Along with the in-clinic treatment, he also provided a structured exercise plan to continue at home. With regular and consistent exercises, I am now seeing significant improvement. My pain has reduced considerably, and my shoulder stiffness has improved as well. Since I have a desk job, typing and using a mouse had become extremely painful in March. However, by the end of May, the rehab sessions have helped me continue my work much more comfortably and with far less pain. One thing I truly appreciate about Mandeep is his encouraging and caring approach toward his patients. During recovery, pain often creates fear and resistance toward movement and exercise, and that is exactly when a supportive physiotherapist becomes so important. Mandeep not only focuses on physical recovery but also motivates and reassures his patients throughout the process. Helping people recover and improve their quality of life genuinely seems to be his passion. After just a few rehab sessions, I already feel much more confident about my recovery journey. I would highly recommend Mandeep Randhawa to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate physiotherapy care. “Mandeep (Physiotherapist) has been helping me treat neck, shoulder and back pain for the past year. He is so hardworking, accommodating, professional, respectful and very skilled. Although painful, i really benefit from his Dry Needling treatments. He is excellent at it! Mikey (RMT) and Ernesto (RMT) are amazing and have also helped me relieve aches and pain. Mikey finds the spots that bother me the most, loosens them up and gives me great advice on how to deal with them at home. Ernesto soothes and relaxes my body. “I’ve been seeing Mandeep, Physiotherapist, and his care has made a remarkable difference in my recovery. I first arrived with a pinched femoral nerve that had me walking like a question mark, and he helped me straighten up — quite literally. He also picked up early warning signs that could have led to a ruptured Achilles tendon, sparing me from a far more serious (and definitely unwanted) setback. Mandeep combines skill, clear communication, and a calm, reassuring approach. He explains things in a way that makes sense, designs treatment plans that actually work, and somehow manages to keep me motivated even when I’d prefer to negotiate my way out of exercises.
