“My family doctor thought I had arthritis in my left knee and sent me for xrays which confirmed it in both knees, so then he recommended physiotherapy on both knees even though my right one was not bothersome. Seham noted that my left knee was inflamed and swollen way larger than my right knee. Her diagnosis was a torn meniscus on the outer left knee which she is treating with blue and red laser light and cold packs. She also filled out a form for me to get a wheelchair pass for my vehicle as I am to stay off my leg as much as possible while it heals. She is truly gifted as a physiotherapist!”Read moreShow less

“The best physiotherapy clinic I’ve found in Peterborough. The level of care and service they provide is truly exceptional. I first discovered this clinic back in 2023 while working at the Real Canadian Superstore, where they had a location upstairs inside the store. As someone who regularly plays soccer and cricket, I was struggling with severe tendinitis in my right leg, and the pain was affecting my ability to play. That’s when I met Walaa, who began my treatment plan. He used a combination of laser therapy, ultrasound, hands-on treatment, and adjustments. He also recommended a few exercises and advised me to use ice packs regularly. I’ll admit I wasn’t always consistent with the exercises, LOL, but within about 3–4 weeks I started noticing a huge improvement. Since then, I’ve been able to play sports pain-free. A couple of weeks ago, I injured my lower back while playing cricket and was really worried because I have an upcoming cricket tournament. Walaa was the first person that came to mind, so I reached out to him through Facebook Messenger. He responded very quickly, remembered me from my previous visits years ago, and asked me to come in for treatment. It’s only been two weeks since I restarted treatment, and I already feel at least 10 times better. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and real results. “This is a Healing Place as it is unlike any physio you or I have ever been to . ***** Five stars hands down LIFE CHANGING ! I have use of my hand again . I'm no longer on prednisone and Tylenol . I can cook for myself again . My quality of life has changed 100 percent I now have hope . I have RA and was told by my doctor that the pain and restricted movement and pain would be permanent and would only become worst over time. Their knowledge of the body and mind and the love of what they do can truly be felt. I have had treatments I've never had before that others do not do. So if you've been to Physio and feel it doesn't work . YOU haven't been here . If you need help or know someone that does Please come and see Seham and Wala and their team. It could change your life too. I started in Oct 2025 its its only been 5 months and I live with very little pain and I can do so many things that I had missed for years. Thank you for giving me my quality of life back . They treat you like family celebrate your wins and carry you through your pain. I feel blessed to have them in my life. “From the front desk to the therapists and assistants, the entire staff of Royal Care are the best there is in Peterborough. The atmosphere is absolutley the most aesthetically pleasing, inviting, and calm clinic we have ever attended. “Hands down the best place I have ever gone for physio treatment. Amazing people and energy, the staff all go above and beyond from the front desk to the treatment room. They celebrate milestones with you, give you tea, and once there was even pizza. The appointments are very thorough and the owners and practitioners are extremely knowledgeable.
