Please Note: Effective July 1st, 2026, Crystal-Anne Geneau is not currently accepting new massage therapy clients due to limited availability. Online booking remains available for existing clients. Occasionally, last-minute openings may become available and may be offered to new clients on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This time has been specifically reserved for you, and adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subjected to a 50% charge of the session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee 100% .
A valid credit card is also required when booking online appointments to secure your reserved time. This helps us prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations, as your appointment time is set aside specifically for you.
Please note that missed appointments or cancellations made outside of our cancellation policy window may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be charged to the card on file. Having a card securely stored on file allows us to manage our schedule fairly and efficiently, ensuring availability for all clients.
