Welcome to Barrie’s Naturopathic Clinic Our clinic team consists of 6 Naturopathic Doctors who are committed to providing exceptional, high-quality, integrative care. If you’re unsure which doctor is best suited for your unique health concerns, you can read more about our doctors on our website, or give us a call and we can help! You can also Book a complimentary ‘meet the doctor’ call with our practitioners 📅 Choosing Your Appointment - Please book enough time for us to properly assess and treat your concerns. Our doctors book back to back appointment and will not be able to go over time. Initial visits - for new patients of the clinic OR if it has been more than 2 years since your last visit. 60 minute follow up (extended follow up) - please book this appointment if it has been greater than 6 months since your last visit, or if recommended by your ND 30 or 45 minute follow up - standard follow up appointment length for most of our patients who are receiving comprehensive naturopathic care. If you have multiple concerns or questions, please allow for more time. Cancellation Policy Your appointment is your dedicated time—whether you attend in person, switch to virtual, or miss it entirely, that time has been set aside just for you. To cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of at least 48 Business Hours If your appointment is on Tuesday, you must notify us by the previous Friday. Requests received over the weekend for a Tuesday appointment will incur a late cancellation fee. NOTE: Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $75 fee. Same day cancellations, repeated late cancellations, missed appointments will be charged the full visit fee. “I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sarah Kiss. She's the type of doctor anyone could hope for. She approaches your health holistically, doesn't make guesses or assumptions, and digs into areas that don't make sense without writing them off. She's very honest and truthful with you and wont sugar coat. I learned a ton from her services and all her recommendations regarding products and lifestyle suggestions have been spot on. Anyone, especially those struggling with acne, consider Dr. Kiss! Also reception is always very kind and easy to communicate with.”

“I set up a new patient meeting with Dr. Ramsay (typically a 15min call). Got on the video call on time today, waited 15 minutes, no one showed up. No calls or emails from the clinic apologizing for missing the meeting or anything, at the time of leaving this review I am well past the end of business day with no follow up or anything. I can safely say at this point that they either don’t care about or value me as a potential patient. I guess in a way, this meeting served its purpose. It really did help me decide if this practitioner and clinic were a good fit for me.”

“I'm very disappointed with the service I received. Firstly, I had a 1hr consultation with Dr Kiss and she suggested some tests for me to take. I paid for the test; however, I never received the results or any feedback from them until about 3 weeks when I had to contact them myself for the results. They responded that they had sent an automated email to me earlier. I mean, if they didn't hear back from me it should obviously mean I didn't receive the email. Therefore, what stops them from picking up the phone to call me and notify me of the results, especially since one of my results was very concerning? But, they were very quick to call me when my credit card wouldn't go through before a consultation (they charge you before each consultation). Secondly, the receipt they provide isn't signed, so this was rejected by my insurer. I contacted them to sign it which resulted in lots of back and forth, because they were reluctant to sign the receipt for some strange reason. Even after I showed them the letter from my insurer rejecting the claim because the receipt wasn't signed, they kept on arguing with me until they finally signed it. Then they informed me that in the future, I should come in person if I wanted the receipt signed. I found the whole thing very bizarre because I always receive signed receipts for services I use if it's going to go through insurance. I don't and will never understand their reluctance to sign a receipt. I had a terrible experience here and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! They sadly do not care about you, but your money.”

“Wonderful place to get IV therapy. I was too far for me to travel to Collingwood to get my IV therapy every week and was referred to Rooted in health by my Naturopath. I had a really bad experience with my first IV and not by staff but my body reacted and Martha was incredible. She stayed with me the whole time checked my vitals and started communicating with my Naturopath right away. After many discussions back and forth they tweeked my bag and things have gone much better since. Wonderful staff, experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you Martha for reaching out to my Naturopath and working closely with her. It was your professionalism after my first bad experience that got me coming back every week.”
