<p>To schedule an appointment please choose from the Calendar below. During the summer months I have limited availability!</p><p>If you are interested in an appointment but my times and days don't work with you, please email me (rootedmfr@gmail.com) and we can make something work!</p><p>New Clients must choose the "New Client" option. Return Clients can choose "Return Clients" option to avoid filling out the intake form again. </p><p>Sessions are 1hr long and will be in my home practice space at 1646 Mineview Rd. Cobden on Mondays(10 minutes from Cobden, not far off Highway 17) and at Silver Birch Place in Arnprior on Thursdays.</p><div>The way Fascia alchemy works best for almost everyone is to have 4-6 sessions as close together as possible (approx 1x/week or two). This really accelerates healing and will give you a good sense of the change that is possible with myofascial release. You can also always come for just one session and see what it feels like. </div><div>After an initial stretch of treatments, we can discuss a treatment plan and you can decide appointment frequency and steps to move forward. </div><p>Please note, I cannot bill insurance<br></p><p>You can choose to pay via credit card right away or you can send an email transfer to rootedmfr@gmail.com or bring cash to your appointment.
