Amazing attention to detail and prioritized what I needed. Efficient in her process and effective in how/what she taught me. Her blend of genuine care and proficient knowledge was the empitimy of what every health professional should be. Thank you Sarah.

Sarah is fantastic! She knows her stuff and is friendly and easy to work with. Definitely recommend! My partner also sees Sarah - recommended her to me after his excellent progress working with her!mentions Sarah Eby →

I've been through my fair share of professionals in the last two years to help address a herniated disk in my back. While some of the other people did an okay job, Sarah at Root Physiotherapy has been the only one that took my pain down to ZERO. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you're suffering with back issues. We even moved onto a shoulder injury that I've been dealing with for the last 20 years of my life, and we're on our way to having that healed up as well in just a few weeks. It's absolutely nuts to me how much Sarah has helped me, I didn't think people like her existed. It doesn't surprise me that she only has five star reviews. And she didn't even ask me to write this review, I had to tell her that I was going to do it! She's legitimately changed the quality of my life by 10x

Root physiotherapy is a great, small business in KW. Sarah helped me tremendously after I injured my back in the winter of 2021. From the initial appointments and assessments I felt like I was in good hands. Every step of the way she was there for me, modifying my exercises and stretching routines and assisting me with my transition back to work. I am a chef and typically work long hours on my feet and Sarah got me back to 100% without any setbacks. Now I can work normally and play with my son as if nothing ever happened. She is very personable and likeable, easy to get along with and friendly. I actually looked forward to my physiotherapy appointments and I learned a lot along the way. Thank you to Sarah and Root Physiotherapy for all your help. If you need physio in KW, this is the place to go.

I highly recommend Sarah. She is passionate about her vocation. She listens intently to what you have to say. Combined with a careful physical examination, Sarah strive to pinpoint the root cause of the problem. Sarah is professional but warm and friendly. Her concern is genuine. Sarah is not an assembly line physiotherapist. You are treated as a unique individual with a unique pathway to healing.

As far as I am concerned, Sarah is a doctor! She is an expert at what she does. Her general curiosity to fully understand the issue(s), and in-depth knowledge allows her to provide a systematic approach to recovery. Sarah has been helping me recover from a disc bulge. She has helped me go from not being able to stand up (and supported me though virtual consultations), to in person sessions where I am now approaching the ability to return to normal activities (jogging, golf, hockey etc..). I highly (let me say that again), HIGHLY recommend Sarah.

Sarah is amazing at what she does! Her compassionate curiosity has helped me overcome several personal injuries that other physiotherapists just gave me cookie cutter solutions for (that didn’t work.) Sarah’s solutions are innovative, personalized, and EFFECTIVE! It’s such a relief to know I can rely on her to feel strong and pain free, and her encouragement and positivity are equally helpful. Every time I see her for a problem I can’t solve myself it seems like she’s learned something new, and to me a practitioner who wants to keep learning is such a valuable resource! It means they’re committed, and also it’s not boring! I feel comfortable referring clients to Sarah as they are always well cared for, and she’s great at giving me information that will help me work with them. They always tell me how great she is, but of course I know that already. ;)

Sarah is honestly the most caring, knowledgeable physiotherapist I’ve ever gone to. She spends time getting to learn what causes the injury, the history of the injury, and your lifestyle. She doesn’t use cookie cutter plans, and always leaves me with something new to try. Stop supporting the big centres with tons of therapists who share plans & rehabs. Sarah cares and will help you achieve recovery! I can’t recommend her enough.

It's very clear, when you visit Sarah at Root physio, that your positive experience is her priority. She is very passionate about what she does, genuinely cares about your well being and ensures that you have a healthy and successful recovery. She will listen to your concerns, ask the right questions, and go above and beyond your expectations. Dealing with Sarah has been a pleasure and if you want to get to the "Root" of your injury I highly recommend paying her a visit.

I could not recommend Sarah more. She is a wealth of knowledge. Sarah took the time to actively listen and understand my multiple concerns. I left the office feeling confident with the time she put into my well being. She gave multiple exercises to incorporate into my daily life at home, at work and at the gym. Thank you Sarah!
