Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel2 days

  A 48-hour cancellation notice is required.

• Arriving late shortens the visityour session will be adjusted to fit within the remaining scheduled time

• Fee for cancelling late

  Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Payment before the visit

  After 3 reschedules, further appointments may require prepayment and may be non-refundable if missed or rescheduled again.

Getting seen

• Forms to complete beforehand

  ​ ​ New clients: An intake form will be sent (day of/day before session) via the email on file associated with your MassageBook account.

• By appointment only

  By appointment only: You may see day-of availabilities on the schedule- you may book them but beware there is a time cut off of 1.5 hours before the session start time to book it.

On the day

• Arrive early

  10 minutes early to get settled, check in, and complete a brief verbal intake.
