Arrangements were made to have my father bathed every morning. No one showed up to any of the appointments . This company lacks in professionalism, coordination, communication and reliability . I would strongly urge against using them.

Jasmine Majaski - personal support worker was very rude. No time sense at all. No kindness and a crazy lady. No apologies or sorry. Very very rude to talk to.

ANYONE THINKING OF RESPITE CARE WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ FIRST!!!!!!! Please beware of the PSW Youngran Park she also goes by Esther. Respite care is to give relief for the burnt out caregiver, however after second time we had respite care we had to cancel and report the PSW to the company. On my grandmother's file it says she has dementia and that she wonders around inside and outside the house. Also the first session my mom reminded the PSW that my grandmother has dementia. On the second session I told her that my grandmother is not doing well, I need to do some blood work and some testings and that I would come back as soon as I'm done and will try my best to not go over the 2hr mark since that day was for 2hr. As I'm pulling into the drive way I see the PSW and my grandmother outside where my grandmother was on the outside of the front door in her inside clothing and the PSW at the end of the stairs leaving. As soon as I park the car, the PSW was half way down the driveway and my grandmother was still outside in front of the door. I stopped PSW if it wasn't 2hr session today, it was 1hr and 5mins after she came, and she said "Yes, it is 2hrs but we never stay that long, we never have to stay for the whole session, every other clients I leave after few minutes, I never stay that long. I’m tired so I’m going home". Then I explained to her that my grandmother wonders around and she has the tendency to wonder outside, she replies with "I never knew" and giggled and left. I did confirm with the company that dementia and wondering is on my grandmother's file. I was very lucky in this situation that I came home at the time I did, however other people might not be lucky as me, so I want to warn other people. Since respite is suppose to give caregiver relief but this has given more stress and now we can't trust PSWs. Also Esther is not registered with Ontario PSW association so I couldn't report her there, only option is the company. I asked if I can get follow up on investigation with Esther PSW, they said if we withdraw from the program they will not contact us (which is funny cause the scheduler Deanna did contact me the day after I withdrew, asking if I want another PSW). So the communication between employees are lacking, so I think the investigation or action towards with PSW for this case will be also lacking. So I just want to warn people so that they don't experience anything that me and my family experienced.

I am writing to give five thumbs up for my PSW, Yetty (Markham) (supervisor Azima and coordinator Bhav) because a simple “thank you” is not enough. I was newly home from a long hospital stay and challenged by my circumstance. I knew I needed help but my ego was bruised. Yetty made me feel comfortable and got me laughing. I felt normal. Not only is she very professional with appointment reminders (calling or texting), but she is health and safety conscious, prompt, thorough and attentive. Her assertively gentle approach approach puts me at ease. I’ve been on the other side of healthcare—coordinating, being part of wellness teams and worked with many PSWs for my aging parents. Without a doubt, she is THE best. Please see that she gets this recognition and any other things you offer your workers.

AGREED!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I would love the board to act upon this. How cam Azima. K do such a UNPROFESSIONAL job. She is meant to help families in need .and this by far is REDICULOUS!!!!!! I believe that corporate should hire.someone that has a heart. CLEARLY THIS LADY DOESN'T. HOW CAN YOU DENY SERVICE TO SOMEONE, AND THAT TOO THE ONES IN THEIR LAST STAGES.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from client care supervisor Azima K. She was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional during a critical time when our family needed compassion and support. Instead of listening, she cut us off repeatedly and even hung up the phone mid-conversation — a disgraceful act for anyone, let alone someone in healthcare. This woman is responsible for patients in their final stages of life, yet shows zero empathy or respect. Her attitude was cold, confrontational, and completely lacking in basic human decency. Azima K. is unfit for any supervisory role, and I hope management seriously reevaluates her position. No family should ever be treated this way.

Very disgusted by the service. The PSW (Christina Chan) assigned to my grandmother was very rude and unprofessional. Both days of her service she was late (up to 5 hours late!) She talks very rudely to my mother and treated my grandmother badly. Once she found out my father was present in the house her tone and attitude completely changed. I would not feel comfortable if my grandmother was with this person alone for her services because she does not care or do her job at all. Her job was to help bathe and change my grandmothers clothes but instead she spent her visits complaining about our property and did little to no work in assisting my grandmother. I do not recommend these services to anyone.

Disgusting service. When someone calls in sick it takes forever and many calls to get a replacement. Happens very frequently. New office co ordinator didn’t even call today to inform that the PSW was sick. Why? Because she starts late. I’ve placed calls to the LHIN and will continue to do so. This morning the cordinator who should have read files on my case did not and did not understand my frustration with the fact that my 93 year old father was waiting to be showered and changed. He sat there till after 11 am. His time is 8:00 am. Waiting. NOT THE FIRST TIME. Their next door neighbour ( one door over) was taken care if. Why couldn’t they schedule the same person to go to my father?? Yes I was angry. I still am. Your co- ordinator should be equipped to handle a frustrated client. She’s not. This whole company is mismanaged. It appeared today that no one cared for my dad and that I was to blame because I raised my voice. It’s MY FATHER. Get people in the office who care and who know how to schedule. Also PSW’s who call in sick every week should be spoken to. If this is deleted I will speak to the LHIN. Please stay away from this company.

So I see that my lengthy and truthful review got taken down. Did it hurt someone's feelings that the Public who are subjected to this treatment by your Company voice their opinion? Well, like Captain America --- I. Can. Do.This. All. Day. I had another instance where a PSW had a valid family emergency and your company couldn't find a substitute. I see you have hired a new co-ordinator - I honestly feel sorry for her. She was very very apologetic and at the end of it, I had to tell her to just cancel the visit and go deal with things myself. So, MAMAGEMENT. When are you going to wake up? Go ahead and delete it again. Shame on you. The truth hurts, doesn't it? Egos totally bruised when you are told that in fact YOU are the problem? Not supporting your own Staff?? Hire back your full PSW staff. Treat them like STAFF and not WORK HORSES. And the client is the one who suffers in the end. I get one more instance like this, I put in another call to LHIN.
