“I had been a client since she first started her business in Keremeos. On three different occasions, my appointment was cancelled by her the day of service , hours before. Each of these appointments were prebooked well in advance. I can understand life , but three times. Each time saying she would reschedule. Every attempt made by email or phone to reschedule went unanswered. I was very happy with my previous visits. But this is not acceptable.”
