“Arrived to my appointment I had scheduled online, taken a day off work and driven an hour and a half for. The incredibly rude receptionist told me I didn't have an appointment and when I replied I can show a screen shot of the appointment, hoping to sort out the misunderstanding she said "you need to leave" .After I have been a customer here for 8 years, I won't return.
