“Kevin Chang is an awesome RMT. He has helped me recover well after a lot of travel and hikes. My back and body feels so much better after each massage and so thankful to him.”

“All of the RMTs I have had are all awesome and amazing! However, I just want to share my frustrating experience today with the new weekday Receptionist, whose dismissive tone of voice and facial expressions are quite unprofessional and a bit rude. Hence, the 4 stars.”Read moreShow less

“Great experience, in a great neighbourhood. The RMTs are great and friendly. It’s been a long time since I had a quality massage and this place does not disappoint. The rooms are in great quality and appear up to date and pleasant and fully relaxing. I have easily fallen asleep during appointments for relaxation. The receptionist is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to billing and plan information which makes it easier to understand my benefits and how they work. Billing is always done correctly, and was able to book my appointments way in advance at a time that works for me. I also noticed the receptionist, Angie, has a professional attitude, even when dealing with rude, condescending, and entitled customers who tend to try and tower over others. This receptionist deserves to be acknowledged for their de-escalation skills and professionalism in the work place. Only recommendation, bigger cups by the water machine. Thank you Riverside Massage for being a great addition to Port Coquitlam Community and being so accommodating and welcoming.”Read moreShow less

“Hi I would like to rely my disappointment in the new receptionist - Angie currently at Riverside Massage Therapy. While the RMTs are amazing with their excellent professional and customer service skills the receptionist today made me feel like canceling my services with Riverside. I being a medical professional who deals with thousands of patients daily was made felt that I don't know or respect pt confidentiality by being told to move around the front desk in all directions to a point where I told her I don't see the screen so where else she wants me to move. Also being told by her I can't hace more than one massage on a week even if I can afford it as this is the recommendation from the RMTs. I would rather discuss that with the RMTs but so far I have never heard that especially since I don't have any injuries or on going PT. Her tone , body language and facial expressions were all very disrespectful and discriminating. I kept my cool as I know how it feels when you face an upset patient but her actions are certainly detrimental to the organization. We joined the clinic while your previous receptionist was there and it was so warm and professional I hope you can look into this matter and please send the current receptionist to do some customer service education so that the customer don't feel deterred from your services Thanks”Read moreShow less

“Sarah L. is a fantastic RMT! She helped me to relax while waiting for surgery and really helped with an old shoulder injury. I highly recommend her. The front desk staff are also excellent! The office itself is very clean and good ambiance in the massage rooms.”Read moreShow less

“I'm currently seeing Stephanie Evans for ICBC treatment, she is very attentive, caring, respectful, and she makes sure that you feel safe and comfortable, she has a very professional approach as well, she's very focused on areas that are not healing or need more attention which has been really good for me. The environment itself is very standard for a massage clinic, however I do find it very clean which is a positive for me. Would highly recommend Stephanie Evans. Great RMT!”Read moreShow less

“I had a great experience at Riverside Massage Therapy. Savannah is an excellent RMT. The back and neck massage treatment worked wonders and I felt like I had improved neck mobility afterwards. The Receptionist, Carrie, was also very friendly and helpful.”

“My therapist Taryn is the best! She's so friendly, and she really gets the job done. She has given me more relief from my chronic pain than any other therapist has. Recommend her greatly!”
