“Edit! Hi Alannah! If you read my concerns carefully, you would see that I did call the cdcp and they said I had 100% coverage. If mimi would have said" wait a minute, you're exactly one year from your last check up, let's see if your coverage would be valid the following week", it would have been. Instead of doing that, she rushed to me not having coverage. Not to worry, I booked at another dental office in the area with, that's right... 100% coverage! There are many dental offices in the area. You may want to read patients concerns carefully before replying so quickly just to snap back. Good luck with your practice! I'm very sad to leave this dental office! Dr Singer is an incredible dentist and if he were to go to another office, I would follow. However, mimi sends me a text this week saying my coverage isn't valid. I called the cdcp and she said I had 100% coverage. I booked my exam exactly one year after my last one and because of that, the coverage wasn't valid. Had she checked a different day to see, I have full coverage. Would have been a very easy fix, but she treated me as disposable. There are many different offices everywhere and you should be treated with respect and dignity everywhere you go, especially with health care professionals. You should also know I'm getting a check up, not a cleaning. Talk about being treated as a number instead of a client!”

“Had a cleaning with hygienist Faith and it was fantastic! She was so thorough and gentle - my teeth feel incredibly clean and smooth. She also took the time to explain gum disease and went over proper flossing techniques. The office is clean and feels modern. Highly recommend!”

“I have been going there almost since they opened. Dr. Arin Ratavosi is the best dentist I have had in my many years of visiting dentists. Very skilled and personable, and all my procedures have been very comfortable and pain free. I highly recommend him so if you are looking, stop now and call him. You will be happy you did.”
