Very caring and compassionate councellor who has made a difference in my life and my families. I am where I am today because of her.

I started seeing Megan 2 months ago and it's going well. I like how she actually pays attention to what I say and back track and connects it all together for me. It's really opened up my eyes about myself yet she did it in a way that did not make me feel like I have to defend myself. Definitely, it is better than venting to my support people (sisters) as it adds extra stress for them. Talking to her has given me a hard perspective on my life and how it's going and the future decisions that I'm planning for.

Kait @ Trillium is absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend her if looking for a therapist. I appreciate her well rounded perspective and she provides a multitude of resources and strategies to help me on topics I bring up during our sessions. Every session with Kait feels safe and warm, it truly feels like a supportive and reassuring hug. I cannot thank her enough for all the progress I was able to make with her, she is truly gifted at her craft!

Working with Devon has been nothing short of life-changing for our relationship. We came in feeling stuck, unheard, and unsure of how to reconnect. From the very first session, she created an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and genuine understanding that made it easy for both of us to open up. What sets her apart is an incredible ability to balance empathy with practical guidance. We didn’t just talk about our challenges—we learned new tools, communication techniques, and ways of understanding each other that immediately made a difference at home. Every session felt purposeful, supportive, and tailored to what we truly needed in the moment. We’ve rediscovered our partnership, strengthened our communication, and deepened our appreciation for one another. We honestly feel closer now than we have in years. If you’re looking for someone who is compassionate, insightful, and deeply committed to helping couples heal and grow, look no further. We are profoundly grateful for the work we’ve done together and cannot recommend Devon highly enough!

Wendy has been an incredibly supportive and understanding counselor. She creates a safe environment where I feel genuinely heard and respected. She helped me understand my boundaries, communicate better, and feel grounded during a difficult time. I’ve never felt judged or pushed — only supported. I’m grateful for the work we’ve done together and would highly recommend her to others.

My son and I went to Wendy for family counseling. I could tell right away that she was on his side and not helping me at all, it was very counterproductive. I stopped going and he continued. She has since completely turned him against me. He told me that I am horrible to him and she told him that I am trying to turn him into a monster. Apparently I am not there for him at all and he is very disrespectful now, completely a different person than he used to be. Would not recommend at all!

I had a bad experience with Catherine Roach. I do not recommend her for couples therapy. Sessions were slow and repetitive and dumbed down. I shared many instances of verbal and emotional abuse in my intake form, which were not explicitly addressed during sessions. Instead I was asked to put them aside, meanwhile they are the root of all issues. I no longer attend couples sessions as I’ve left my abuser. I was particularly angered at the fact that she concluded certain reactions of mine in response to abuse resulted from my biological need to get pregnant. This is not only damaging false information, it’s simply not scientifically true, especially in my case with the extensive context provided to her. In addition to this, while communicating once how I prefer being comforted during conflict, Catherine mentioned how my partner may feel they’re walking on eggshells around me… simply imagine how an abusive partner would feel very validated after a professional shares comments like these. She seems like a good person, this review is not to demean her as a person or her work ethic, but perhaps she should avoid providing couples counselling.

Devon is amazing. I’ve seen other couples counsellors before, but none have come close to the progress we’ve made with her. She’s great at pulling out the right information to really understand and help us. The way she uses the Gottman method has made such a positive difference in our relationship. Highly recommend her to any couple wanting real results
