“I have been a client of RiverLakes Physiotherapy for several years now. The way they provide treatment seems quite different from other clinics: it seems like there is much more of a “hands on” approach as opposed to an assessment and being sent home with exercises to do. From my current physiotherapist Brandon Frasier, to my massage therapist Erika Snelgrove, as well as Andre and Nancy, all have treated me at some point and all have provided amazing care with visible results. Starting with receptionists Annette and Brittany to the treatment team, the staff makes you feel welcome, cared for, and important. To be perfectly honest, I have to admit that I look on all the staff not so much as members of a physiotherapy clinic, but as friends who help take care of my aches and pains. “Brandon is a great physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is very friendly, respectful and professional. He uses a lot of physio techniques combined with myofascial release and cupping to fix the issues I have experienced. “Andre Albert is my physiotherapist. I have chronic pain issues that he has been able to assess and treat with his "magic hands" and myofascial manipulation techniques. I am a quadriplegic, confined to a power wheelchair, and he has been able to adapt things to provide capable, effective care without any need for me to transfer onto a treatment bed. I have had experience with other clinics and practitioners. Andre is a cut above in every aspect of patient assessment and care. River Lakes physiotherapy is conveniently located with great parking and good wheelchair access. The administrative staff are kind, well-organized and accommodating.”Read moreShow less

“I have been benefitting from treatment from Riverlakes Physiotherapy for years. Initially, I obtained treatment for one strain or another and I recovered. Later, Andre Albert suspected that I had a labral tear and with his help as well as my doctor's, I eventually had surgery. Physio and massage therapy were critical to getting as much function back as I could. I continue to benefit from their services. “I can't recommend Riverlakes Physiotherapy enough. I went in with horrible back pain and Andre was amazing. He took the time to understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and helped get me back on track. The improvement I've seen has been incredible, and I'm so grateful for the care and treatment I received. “I’ve had a major accident 1979, I’ve been to many other clinics over the many years. Once I found Riverlakes 12 years ago, I’ve never gone anywhere else. Twice a week I receive the outstanding care for the maintenance I require to live a more comfortable life.
