“I cannot say enough about River Rock Dental office. The moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a bright, cheerful and impeccably clean environment. The staff are professional and friendly and make you feel comfortable from the beginning of your visit. Every experience that I have had here has been nothing but positive, and I always leave feeling well cared for and confident that I have received excellent treatment. Chantal is extremely well versed in her profession and takes the time to explain every detail of your cleaning and dental experience. “Hi! Sharing my experience with River Rock Dental. I had a tooth extraction today(March 24,2026), and the entire clinic was incredibly welcoming. Tammy, is very accommodating and approachable. She did an excellent job in assisting with my health insurance claim, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely give her 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Dr. Malika Bhola, did an outstanding job extracting my teeth—yes, three complicated teeth in one session! She handled everything with professionalism and care.🙏Her assistant as well was also supportive and did excellent job, although I didn’t catch her name. “As a new resident in the Barrie community, I was hoping to find a reliable dental office and registered for a New Patient Visit at River Rock Dental. Unfortunately, my experience with their front desk service was disappointing from the start. I initially called to move my appointment within their short-notice window. The representative assured me it could be moved to the next day, but when I showed up, they had no record of the change and had cancelled my original appointment entirely. Mistakes happen, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I rescheduled for two weeks later since that was when I was next available to squeeze time out of my workday, but a week before that appointment, I received a call asking to move it up. Despite workday challenges, I rearranged my schedule and agreed. Shockingly, the very next day, they called again - this time to move my appointment to a completely different day due to low staffing. At this point (the fourth change), I asked for a note to be added to my file so this wouldn't keep happening and for empathy of this disruptive process. Instead, the rep dismissed with a my concerns with a sarcastic apology, denied any prior missteps, and claimed the appointment was only moved once from my original appointment date till now. There was no ownership, no accountability, and no empathy. I ultimately cancelled my appointment. A dental practice’s commitment to quality service should begin long before the patient is in the chair. Unfortunately, my experience with River Rock Dental's administrative handling left a poor impression. First impressions matter, and this one was appalling.”Read moreShow less

“From the very first phone call to the moment I left my appointment, River Rock Dental provided an incredibly welcoming and comforting experience. I was so nervous, but the amazing women who work there immediately put me at ease. The entire staff was kind, non-judgmental, and genuinely reassuring, making what could have been a stressful visit feel much more manageable. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out, and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone who feels anxious about dental visits. “Alison is a fantastic dental hygienist! She took time and care when performing my cleaning today, making sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She was very pleasant and kind and made the appointment as easy as it could be! Chantal at the front desk was also wonderful! She helped me with a referral to a specialist for my bite, and really validated my concerns.
