“I can't say enough good things about River Family Dentistry. The kindness and fantastic service from everyone on the team have been outstanding every time I've visited. I switched dentists a couple of years ago, and the difference has been amazing. From the warm welcome when you walk in to the professional, gentle care, they truly make going to the dentist a positive experience. “I visited this clinic a year ago for a routine checkup, which was my first visit. During the appointment, I was advised to return for a cavity treatment. Before booking, I specifically confirmed that the procedure would be covered by my insurance. After the treatment was completed, the receptionist assured me that everything had been processed correctly and that there would be no out-of-pocket cost. Now, a full year later, the clinic is asking me to pay approximately $800. Since so much time has passed, I am no longer able to submit the claim through my insurance provider. This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. The fees are high, the customer service is poor, and there appears to be a strong focus on recommending expensive treatments and products as upsells rather than prioritizing the patient's best interests.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve recently switched dentists, and have been impressed by the team at River Family Dentistry. Over the last two months have gone for a cleaning, checkup , fillings, and Invisalign consult. Wendy was amazing and so thorough, appreciated how she took the time to explain process and have never seen my teeth so white! Dr. Nicole Rutledge and Liz were a dynamic duo; they made me feel comfortable taking the time to walk me through the recommendations and process, very thorough taking the time to check in on my experience, and lovely to be around. “I do NOT like going to the dentist but I had an overwhelmed toothache and upon my partners referral I went in and they took amazing care of me! “I had a great experience at this dental office. The front desk staff, the dentist, and the dental assistant were all extremely kind and welcoming. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“This is my first dentist in the KW area, I'm nervous about going to dentists but it was a very pleasant experience. Front staff are so important in creating a positive experience and Tonya and Laurie were wonderful, positive, helping and smiling the whole time. “If you have to go to the Dentist - GO HERE! Top shelf Dentistry - truly spa like if you can imagine ... Today's visit, I got to experience the ceiling TV, the newest addition to the procedure rooms. I love the banter in the office while I'm there and Dr. Cornacchio humming when she is really in 'the zone' just adds to the overall experience. Dr. Cornacchio is gentle, communicative and her precision and expertise are stellar. She talks with you as she enters the room, before things begin. That matters. She will check to make sure you are doing OK while she is working on your teeth which shows her compassion and care in her work. The kindness in the office does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. “I was experiencing tooth pain, and Laurie was able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The staff at River Dentistry is friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable right away. The office is clean and equipped with modern technology, which gave me confidence in the quality of care. Dr. Naureen diagnosed the issue right away and clearly explained the recommended procedure, including the costs after insurance coverage.
