“What a beautiful space! I did the circuit and had a massage and I just have to say thank you so much for having a gender neutral changeroom!!! “I love coming to this little spa on a daily basis. The passes and memberships make it affordable to work into any health care practice. I've been a morning pass member for over a year, and the routine has changed my life. For me, the "steam, cold dip, salt room, dry sauna - then repeat" schedule is perfect. “I've been coming to Ritual for a while now and I love it! The space isn't very large, but I've never found it too small. I've visited during peak busy times as well and have never had to wait to use any of the amenities. Their cold pool also seems much colder compared to the six other places I've tried, which I really appreciate. I always leave feeling refreshed, and the staff are wonderful too. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ritual Nordic spa. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed to help you slow down and reset. The space itself is peaceful, clean and never felt overcrowded, which made it easy to fully unwind. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a restorative experience. Little touches, like cozy robes, well-maintained facilities, and calming ambiance, really elevated the visit. By the time we left, we felt completely refreshed—both physically and mentally. “Imagine showing up for your reservation to have the cost of your booking change upon arrival. Instead of being understanding when we showed up to relax in their empty establishment, accepting we had lost some of our alotted time due to traffic, the front desk agent met us with hostility and demanded the price change. The same front desk agent threatened ( and followed through ) with a charge to my cc, full price, as we declined and exited. I am fairly grateful we walked away though because we left and discovered Aerth saunas. You should too. This place Needs plenty of work on their customer service approach.”Read moreShow less

“This is the cheaper sauna/cold plunge location in town, and one's expectations should be set accordingly. That isn't to say that the experience is sub-optimal. I've actually had one of my best sauna/cold plunge experiences here; however, this was by virtue of the fact that there were fewer people to share the space with. The area isn't large, and the sauna/cold plunge/lounge circuit works best when there aren't many people there. I'm on the fence with regards to going back or not, especially with another new sauna/cold plunge place in town.”Read moreShow less
