“I’ve been seeing Viktoria for ongoing foot and calf issues, and she has been such an important part of getting my mobility back. Her understanding of how the body’s muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments all work together is incredible. Rather than just treating the area that hurts, she looks at the entire chain of movement. It’s not unusual for her to work from my shoulder all the way down to my foot to release the tension and restrictions that are contributing to the problem. Her treatments feel like the perfect combination of massage therapy and physiotherapy, and they’ve made a real difference in how I move and feel. On top of her expertise, she’s genuinely kind, compassionate, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. We also laugh a lot during my appointments, which somehow makes even the tougher treatments enjoyable. I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who treats the whole body instead of just the painful spot, you’ll be in excellent hands.”
