“I can’t recommend Carrie enough! I did both her postpartum strength and running programs after my third baby, and this is the strongest I have felt compared to my other two postpartum recoveries. Carrie gives you great guidance and just the right amount of accountability. The workouts are practical, and she makes it really easy to modify the exercises whenever you need to. Any time I had a question, she always had a great answer and knew exactly how to help. Thanks to her and her great programming I’m back to running 5Ks comfortably and playing soccer!”
